Our operations

At DAL Lunapark Makinaları A.Ş., our work in the entertainment sector is not limited to designing and manufacturing rides. We operate amusement parks and centres for different concepts and visitor groups, combining the engineering experience gained in manufacturing with real operating experience in the field.

Through our operations we observe visitor behaviour, how products perform under heavy use, operational requirements and maintenance needs at first hand. That field experience contributes to developing new products and improving existing ones.

The strength of being manufacturer and operator

The success of an amusement ride is not measured by its technical specifications alone. Whether visitors take to it, how easy it is to operate, whether its capacity meets the park's needs and how well its maintenance is planned all matter. Operating our own parks lets us:

  • Observe visitor expectations directly
  • Evaluate product performance in real operating conditions
  • Understand operators' needs
  • Test queue and capacity planning
  • Track maintenance needs in the field
  • Improve spare-part and technical-service processes
  • Analyse the product preferences of different age groups
  • Evaluate new product ideas against real operating experience

We carry this experience into everything we do — from the rides we build to the consultancy we provide for new park projects.
