We act in the knowledge that every machine we build carries people. Safety is not a check at the end of production; it is a fundamental responsibility that spans design, engineering, material selection, manufacturing, testing and operation.
Amusement rides demand an extremely high level of engineering responsibility because of the passengers they carry and their dynamic motion systems.

In line with this understanding, DAL Lunapark's engineering and safety processes are carried out with academic consultancy from, and in collaboration with, four universities in Istanbul and Kocaeli.

Applied standards — a country-specific compliance process for every project
Every country's technical standards, regulations, inspection procedures and documentation requirements for amusement rides can differ. The certification and approval process for every machine DAL Lunapark builds is therefore planned around the country of installation, the relevant regulations, the customer's requirements and the technical characteristics of the project. The necessary technical files, engineering calculations, production records, test reports and conformity documents are prepared per project; where the country requires it, the product goes through the review and approval of authorised or independent inspection bodies. The customer receives not just a finished machine, but a project-specific conformity and certification process run to the requirements of the country of installation.

Design standards
Our products are designed and manufactured with reference to the relevant international amusement-ride standards — EN 13814 in particular. The current scope of our management-system and manufacturing certificates will be published below as the documents are issued.

Independent inspection
Where projects require it, design, manufacturing and testing are reviewed by independent inspection bodies.

Test processes
Products go through mechanical, electrical and operational checks before shipment. Load and function tests are carried out where required.
