One trade, three generations — from a metal workshop in Ankara to parks in 50 countries.
1950
The first workshop
Abdülbaki Dal sets up his own workshop in Ankara for metalworking and machine building.
1958
Amusement ride manufacturing begins
The foundations of DAL Lunapark are laid in Ankara with the manufacture of carousels.
1974
Second generation
Management passes to mechanical engineer Özcan Dal. Production capacity, engineering infrastructure and the product range are developed in this period.
1980
Move to Gebze
Production moves to the company's facility in Gebze, Kocaeli.
1987
First export
The first ride is exported — to Greece, followed by France and Italy.
2004
Golden Pony Award
The company's work in technology and design is recognised with the Golden Pony Award.
2023
New factory
Production moves to the new facility in Dilovası, Kocaeli.
2025
Third generation
Nihal Dal, the third generation, joins the production and sales departments under the leadership of Özcan Dal after her studies in Germany and Austria.
Today
Today
DAL Lunapark Makinaları A.Ş. combines deep-rooted manufacturing experience with modern engineering and technology, serving domestic and international markets.
